Following the success of Eastern European Lifting Techniques – the original massage routine, Dominika has been practicing for years, there comes the Level 2 of the students most favorite massage techniques.

Eastern European Lifting Techniques Level 2 brings even more advanced movements to achieve an extra lifting and sculpting effect. In this massage we put  great emphasis on the neck, eyes and forehead area, with some elements of lymphatic drainage. Working on the face from the different angles allows better muscle access and gives spectacular toning results.

Prerequisites

All students willing to participate in this course must have already succesfully completed Eastern European Lifting techniques  training and be confident with all the advanced movements of ‘fan’, ‘piano’, and know the order of the original routine.

  • for IPHM certificate: recognised diploma in one of the following: facials, body massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, acupuncture, nursing, dentistry, physiotherapy, osteopathy, complementary therapies.
